audio file cuts off when setting Start Time

I am creating scenes for a particular segment of an audio file.
I use Start Time of the audio file to jump directly to the point where it needs to start (by using negative time values).
It works quite well, but then I noticed that the last part of the audio file gets dropped.
So I end up having to manually cut each segment of the audio file in my audio edit software before using it in Magic - which is a bit annoying as it wastes time on my side.
Can you please have it fixed?
