Just read this

Seems like Link is being picked up by multiple DAW developers.

Looks interesting. For Magic though, I'm not really sure what the advantage would be over using network MIDI/OSC messages, except maybe it's a bit more user friendly?
(Native OSC support is planned for Magic v2.1).

I haven't really tested network syncing, but the Link setup process seems very easy, making ad-hoc sessions with iMusicians (for example) a breeze.
I have no personal use for this, at least at the moment, but thought it might be interesting to investigate
