Question about video playback!

Hey guys! Just bought Magic Studio, and promptly Magic Performer. Really cool software! I have a question though; what would be the best way to play a video and have it react to its audio track, all sync'd up? Is this even possible? It's not a huge deal if not, but it would make what I'm trying to do a little easier!

Also, any idea why certain Interactive Shaders don't process video? Specifically the VHS glitch one. It's just a black screen, but in my browser it works fine.

My guess is that you are trying to use an ISF v2 shader in Magic, but Magic doesn't support v2 yet. But it will in the next release, coming very soon

Hey Eric! Right, gotcha - yeah I think in this scenario I'm using it more like After Effects, rather than as intended (live/VJ'ing). It's not too much of a problem. I can srikk get way ether results than wit the crummy plugins in Vegas, and then comp it all later. Would be nice though to have audio and video out from a single file, and maybe seek controls or something. Meantime I will try the sync on reselect thing. Oh and great news about the coming update! You are indeed right. These are v2 shaders. I'll keep me eyes peeled for the update thanks!
