Problem with AUDIO/MIDI window

Hello to everyone!!
I start saying that I'm working with MMV since two month and I've never had problem with it,simple,intuitive program,really happy to have known because it's what i was looking for,BUT,
A couple of days ago I bought license for 2.0v and I installed it (Demo version was installed too) but when i uninstalled demo version, when I click on or use shortcut for KB it don't open up.
I tried to reintall 2.0,sending another email to support,but nothing,it's the same,and now I cannot improve my skills....
I hope in a solution.
