APC40 mkII - Compatibility with Magic - MIDI CONTROLLERS

Dear all,
I started using magic recently, and I am quite a newbie.
Is there a recommended midi controller to be used with magic? I am thinking of getting the APC40 mkII, Any users out there? Any feedback, comments or recommendations most welcome. Thanks!

Any midi controller would work with Magic. I have a APC40 Mk1 and it was simple to set up. I use a tablet with Touch OSC in preference now though since I could never remember to what button I'd assigned control. Physical button are nice but the tablet is smaller and more configurable and I can label my buttons, sliders etc.
