Support virtual audio devices on Mac
Support virtual audio devices on Mac
Hey there. I am trying to feed the audio from a Loopback virtual device into MMV but the only input devices available for me to pick are the hardware audio interfaces connected to the mac.
Re: Support virtual audio devices on Mac
Virtual audio devices are supported, as described in viewtopic.php?f=3&t=10. In fact Magic doesn't distinguish between virtual and non-virtual devices, so if a device is setup and working on your system, Magic will recognize it. If you are having trouble getting a specific one to work, let me know and I can try to help guide you through it.
Re: Support virtual audio devices on Mac
I literally only see my two audio interfaces in the Input Sources window. See screenshots. I'm on Mojave.
I'd love to know what I'm doing wrong.

That drop-down is for channel selection. The device itself is selected in a different drop-down box. See https://magicmusicvisuals.com/downloads ... udioDevice
