I'm shooting these videos with OBS and overlapping the screen capture with my webcam capture so I can make it all work in one shot in real time. I'm controlling the scenes with my keyboard off screen. It has really been a blast adding that extra artistic expression and exploring what I can do live without the need for aid. It can be limiting but hey sometimes limitations are a good thing right? Let me know what ya think and if you have any suggestions to make it better
In this first video I'm using a nasa archival image with waveforms placed over the sun that change their axis based on pitch.
I this second video I'm again using nasa archival footage. (which is public domain and available for download at nasa.gov) I really feel in love with the stylized neon effect. There is a lot of stuff going on. I can easily get lost when building these scenes, so much fun!
