Currently it is easy to remove multiple scenes to the playlist but not so easy to add. I suggest that there be more ways to add scenes to the playlist. It is such an obvious feature I'd be surprised if it is not already on your to-do list.
Right click menu on scene tab or a scenes in Folder view -> Add to Playlist
Multiple select in Folder list -> Add to Playlist
Drag and drop from Folder list to Playlist
An "Add all Scenes to Playlist" button on the Playlist window
Populate Playlist

Re: Populate Playlist
Additionally, when only a subset of the scenes are visible in tabs:-
"Add all visible scenes" button on Playlist, and
"Add all visible scenes to playlist" on scene tabs context menu.
"Add all visible scenes" button on Playlist, and
"Add all visible scenes to playlist" on scene tabs context menu.

Re: Populate Playlist
A further extension, facilitating quick swaps between different playlists or groups of visible scenes
(pardon inconsistencies in nomenclature - I'm attempting this on a phone screen and it's tricky to refer back. Fighting autocomplete too. )
Add a Group membership list as a Scene property, such that a particular scene could be a member of several groups.
"Create Group from Playlist"
"Load Playlist from Group.. "
and for orthogonality
"Create Group from visible tabs"
"Show Scene tabs in Group"...
(not needing Groups, but complementing my previous post)
"Show Scene tabs in Playlist" so that all, but only, the scenes in a Playlist are visible in tabs.

Re: Populate Playlist
+1 for "Add Folder to playlist" or "Replace Playlist with Folder"
Re: Populate Playlist
