Incorrect scaling of camera

Using the videocapture module with manycam and the image is scaled 33% too small when scaled properly it is distorted, any way to fix this?

Maybe a Scale module? Not sure. Could you provide a screenshot?

Could it be an aspect ratio issue? If a 4:3 video source was displayed in a 16:9 window then there would be black bars at the side. X-stretching to fill would distort the image.
