Best way to transfer Magic projects?

I am getting a new PC tomorrow and also have to do visuals for an art show this weekend. What is the best way to transfer my magic projects from my old laptop to my new one that wont give me an error message when i open up my projects that says it cant locate my pictures i used in the scenes. Would the simplest way be to throw all my projects on a usb and transfer it that way?
