Resolume 4.5\5 now has native Spout support

In some live shows I've integrated Magic with Resolume, using a manual Spout installation, which worked great, but now it's even easier to integrate.

With Resolume Avenue 4.5\Arena 5, Spout is built in, so any running Magic presentation with Spout output enabled will automatically appear in Spout as a Spout Sender under the Sources tab, which means it's really easy to integrate Magic in Resolume shows.

One tip though - I found that it's best to use Magic at 1280x720 rather than 1920x1080 to keep framerates high in Resolume, and that's on an nVidia 650M.
