Hey I sent an email last week and a day later a message through the contact page. Magic's activation is still playing up for me.
I've been getting this every time I start the program

I can enter my key and get in but on restarting the app, get it same thing again.
Deactivating the app doesn't make any difference (except to make my other machine unavailable)
I tried to use the nuclear solution but get this:
