Just purchased MMV. Wont save on Macbook 2013

Hey folks. great software. Just purchased performer version and I am noticing that it wont let me save a project.
Obviously I am just getting started so I'm in no immediate rush to fix this BUT obviously could do with some advice. Im using a late 2013 macbook pro on MOJAVE OS. Any clues?

You need the full version. The demo version doesn’t let you save.

What exactly is preventing you from saving? Can you post a screenshot?

Hey there, apologies for delays in response.
Here is a screen capture I made of the issue at hand.
I can use it, seems to be working fine BUT cannot save!!!
((it is the activated performer version))
Am I doing something wrong?

I'm no mac person but in the video you're trying to save to the Samples folder which is within the Magic application and is therefore likely a permissions error. Try saving to another location, somewhere you have write permissions.
