Minimize module, keep Bypass & Power

A function suggestion for workflow - when minimizing a module, keep its bypass and power buttons available for quick access, instead of having to maximize the module, bypass or power toggle, then minimize again.

A current solution for this is to enable the menu option Scene > Scene Editor Options > Don't Minimize Annotations. Then, show the annotation for the module whose bypass/power buttons you want to keep visible.

Other than that, I probably wouldn't want there to be so many options for the way a module can be displayed.

I see that this is standard for "Null" modules. Great workaround, very helpful.
