Here's a few geometric concepts done completely in Magic (apart from a default cube). The Fibonacci spiral is completely calculated in Magic too and uses 1400 instances.

Pretty good. I definitely like the first one the best.

Thanks Eric. Yes, the first seems to be the favourite. I posted these because they incorporate (imho) some interesting Magic techniques - part of my experimenting.

Someone commented elsewhere that the spiral wasn't really 3D but being native to Magic it is easy to fix that :D

You have sooo much control, awesome stuff.

Would love to see the scenes you built (the module layout). I've just started experimenting with iterators and trying to get my head round them! I'm used to iterators in programming languages that are effectively loops. Iterators in Magic seem to be more like multipliers..

I give all my secrets away in my tutorials, 3/4 of which use the iterator. https://magicmusicvisuals.com/forums/vi ... f=3&t=2390

These tutorials use more sophisticated iterator techniques that the videos above (maybe not the Fibonacci maths).

Eric has also provided several example projects with Magic that provide great demonstrations of a number is iterator uses including 3D and particles.

Would love to see more use of the iterator in showcase videos.
