option to crossfade tabs / open playback list in Preview

Hi,

Between the tabs and the playback list it can be difficult to find the tab in a list when it's a long list. I wish there were an option to enable fading tabs. A further setting allowing for each individual tab to be customized would be nice too.

Also, a right click on the playback list to open the tab in Preview mode would be helpful.
