Final Credits Screen

It would be nice to have a possibility to include an image (*.png) with final credits... It could be including during export to MP4 after rendering last frame... in the 'export movie' panel it could be a checkbox "include credits" with the file selector and input area where you can indicate time of displaying such screen and maybe an effect fade-in and/or fadeout to black screen.

I'm preparing some of my jam-sessions to publish on YouTube, the video is very simple, so if I could add such credits screen at the end then I don't use another post-processing softare.
