Hello, first post so please forgive any faux pas...
Just getting started using the software (demo only, still) but I'm having an issue with the Spout output that I can't seem to track down.
Here's a screenshot of what I'm seeing:

The grainy output shown in the Spout to NDI viewer is what I'm referring to but it is also present in OBS. This example is only a polygon direct to the output Spouted.
(Using Win10Pro 64 bit, all latest patches, Radeon RX480 graphics with drivers up to date)
Strangely, I don't *always* get this output. Sometimes it works just fine BUT I can't seem to find any thing that affects the output when this occurs.
I'd appreciate any input on things to check. Any other info that I should provide?

Replying to my own message with an update:

Updating the Spout settings by checking CPU share may have addressed this issue.
Settings/updates to Spout found here: https://github.com/leadedge/Spout2/releases
Will test and advise.

Re: Visual output issue
I think it's the same as https://magicmusicvisuals.com/forums/vi ... 380&p=6412
CPU sharing solves the problem because it bypasses your GPU, but make sure you understand that bypassing your GPU will also slow down your Spout input/output quite significantly. The whole concept of Spout is to transfer the images and video via your GPU without going through the CPU.

Thanks for the reply, Eric.
Yes, I agree. Thanks for pointing out that other thread and for the caveats.
I'll consider the topic "closed".
