Reset oscillator phase (gate the lfo)

I'm wondering what would be the best method to reset / restart the oscillator phase it if it's possible. Ideally, I'd like to do this with audio peak detection so that the oscillator is reset by transients above a certain threshold, but I can't work it out. Thanks in advance.

I reckon the new Reset node will sort you out. It will reset all params for all nodes upstream (except those you've chosen to Ignore Reset).

Yup that's probably the best way.

If you want to get fancier you can use the Expression modifier to generate and modify oscillators with sin(x), etc.

Restart works great and is easy/fast. Only suggestion would be to have an 'exclude' option to exclude modules upchain from being restarted.

The "Ignore Reset" option is in every node's context menu in the beta and explained in the beta help.
