I just made a major upgrade to my desktop (see pic). But I am really not seeing the drastic increase in performance that you would expect... Really feels like something is throttling the data in Magic. Do I need to give it High Priority? Is this is a normal GPU performance? There is a ton of memory left in RAM and in a CPU. How can I speed up High Quality rendering?

I realize I'm almost maxing out the render settings but i feel like this hardware is capable of doing more... I'm also rendering to a very fast external SSD

Please help! any advice would be appreciated

EDIT: (PICTURE IS GRAINY)

AMD 9550 16 core processor
RAM 64GB
Radeon RX 5500 XT (8GB)

Have you tried other codecs? x264 might be the fastest, not sure.

It is hard to tell from your screen shot how complex your scenes are though I can just about make out that you're exporting to UHD. On my laptop, a 6 min playlist export to UHD takes approx 20 mins for OpenH264 and approx 15 mins for x264 exporting to NVME. How does this compare with yours?
