Jpeg Folder Module Possible Bug

It appears the Jpeg Folder Module is using an absolute file path to find the folder contents, instead of a relative path.
I have a folder with subfolders for images, videos, and two folders of jpgs. The only folders that get lost when transferring to a different location are the ones the Jpeg Folder module is looking for.
Can anyone else confirm this?
