Slowing down and attenuating modulation

Hi there,

I'm new to Magic but so far it's really magical.
I just have a lot of problems to slow down and attenuate modulation, say of an sine lfo for example.
Or if I link certain parameters to the volume of a track. All modulations are extremely hectic. And often I just need a small range of the modulation.
Can you point me in the right direction please?

Thanks, and sorry if these questions already have been answered.

Try these. Peak and Average will "slow down" hectic jitter (also try Smooth).
The difference between Average and Smooth is quite subtle. See viewtopic.php?f=2&t=1411#p6590

Scale will alter the amount of modulation, Offset will alter the unmodulated setting.
The actual values shown are not significant and should be changed to give the desired effect, but the order (eg Peak-Scale-Offset) does matter.
