Is there any way to make ur camera wiggle like on adobe after effects
or something smoother then the shake

Translate X or/and Y -> Random (smallish number) -> Smooth (smallish number). If the translate is directly before the output it will look like camera shake.

Or, create a Global called "Wiggle", apply Random+Smooth and use it wherever.
