How to convert to Hap with Quicktime or other converter on apple M chip machine?

I can't get into the workflow of ffmpeg.

In my 2017 Imac "os Mojave"I used Mpegstreamclip as a converter for DXV3 to HAP and from HAP to DXV3.

What can I use to let this work on a 2022 MAC STUDIO m chip "os Ventura"

I'm looking for a converter.
