Is there away to set the "Magic Window" to be the same size as the fixed resolution? as at the moment depending on how big that window is there can be a a big difference in FPS (over 1000FPS in some cases) which will skew the results?

I don't think this can be done if it can I would love to know. I want to be able to have a chain of nodes that will be used as default if the SceneInput is not in use (not connected) and of course if there is an Input in use on the SceneInput to ignore those nodes... First of all, if you're asking how to use MIDI to control a trigger button parameter (like Goto Next), then it's as simple as it can be: just link the MIDI to that parameter. If the incoming MIDI value is above .5 (meaning above 64), and the previous value was below .5, then the trigger will be act...

My bad, sort of, I was loading an old version of the project however one would of thought they could load old projects into a new version of Magic without these sorts of issues.

I loaded up a sample project (e.g. Timer or GlobleExamples), then when I bypass any parameter in the Global parameters Magic just closes. I can start a new project and recreate the Globals and they do not crash, I also have very large projects and they don't crash when I bypass parameters?? This is ...

Yeah, another Reason user... Fits in really well with Reason, I have talked about Magic on a number of video's.. The version I'm currently on is Magic Performer v2.22 64-bit which I believe is the latest version unless you have another version I can test :)

This is a core issue rather than a direct speed issue. So I just sat there and clicked on "Go" and when it only one core was running I stopped it and clicked "Go" again, took about 10 tries then all cores kicked in, straight way another "Stop" and "Go" and bac...

Very weird.. I've also had it today where it has exported fast then the next export (not even leaving the export screen or make any changes) it's slow.

The difference between the fast and slow is the number of CPU cores it uses...

Any other ideas to check on?

I have just accepted the render speed of Magic however last night and again today it decided to use all of my cores for rendering an export, so it meant a normal render of about an hour was down to 4 minutes!!!
