Yep, same issue. And after some playing around I got it to work. I changed the blend mode of the layer that had the syphon input on it to ignore alpha and this worked. Now the transitions show fine in madmapper. Nice!

I was wondering if other people have playlist transitions working with the syphon output? In my set up, when I start a transition, the syphon output goes black and then stays black till the transition is complete and then comes back with the new scene.
