Thank you soooo much! the beta version said that : Magic can't export an .mp4 with audio if your sound card's sample rate is set to 96000 Hz. Please adjust your sound card to 44100 Hz or 48000 Hz and restart Magic. For more information, see Note 1 in the Movie Formats section of the User's Guide. so...

Hallo I have been using the software for a few days without problem until suddenly yesterday it starts to crash when i click 'go' for exporting video.
