Re: The Astronaut's Dream

I had a prob with my HD vids only being shown at low res on YT....but after reading some posts about it...apparantly when you first upload they will show as low res...but 30 mins later they will be HD.
This probably isnt what you are talking about but here it is :) .

Re: Midi Files

I am no expert but I just got something similar to this working the other day....I used a virtual midi device called LoopBe1...which is free...then set whatever you use to play midi to use the LoopBe1 as the midi out device and Magic should see LoopBe1 as a midi input.

Thanks mate...yes video making is not what I am good at...I see what you mean about the clash in in styles and I totally agree.
I tend to get carried away as there are so many good shaders out there.
Again...thanks for your input.

Shader and Image selecting.

I personally would find it useful if the shader and image modules had next/previous arrows for choosing the next file in folder rather than having to keep opening the folder and finding the next file.
Just an idea :)

A Quick Video to Audio 'Vibe' test :)

Both video and audio are very much a work in progress (video is just place holders really and audio still needs mixing properly). I am after a chillout vibe...could anyone have a look and and tell me if the visual vibe is going with the audio vibe (I am not a video artist lol). I've uploaded in HD s...

Yeah I tried doing by frames instead of seconds...so I will render like a set amount of frames and import those into Vegas after having set Vegas to the same Framerate....I use for audio codecs the K-lite standard codec pack...but I really have no clue what I'm doing here and all I know is whatever ...

I am probably being really dumb here (again) but I cant get my head around this. Between Magic and Vegas (which I use for post processing) I cant seem to get the length of my rendered scenes right. If I render an 8 second scene in Magic and then drag that scene into Vegas it seems to be at a differe...

Would it make sense to save my seperate scenes that I like from within a project as their own project...like a one scene project...for importing into other projects, or is there a better way to import scenes from another project?

I just purchased this for making beats etc but while watching the overview videos on YT I thought it would be ok with it running in midi mode for triggering scenes etc. in Magic.
Has anyone used a Trigger Finger Pro with Magic?

This one has me scratching my head...I spent hours trying different things last night to no avail. Based on the Pink Floyd big screen light display I want to be able to trigger the 'beams' in a predefined sequence...i.e. one after the other with a small pause in between. Each beam has its own input ...
