Re: MIDI clock from audio

it seems the values received are different, than what I'm used to. and also the regular beatclock, that isnt stretched over multiple beats, doesn't seem to be working I actually have a lot of problems to send the MIDI clock signal 24 times on every beat: I cannot create a precise timer to do this. ...

Re: MIDI clock from audio

the beat clock doesn't get through very often I am using LoopBe. I did only a few tests with both files and live music and the MIDI clock was in sync. But the code is still not perfect and perhaps depends on the PC's speed... In MMV, I am mostly using Beat clock and Beat clock / 4 and I get sync. I...

MIDI clock from audio

Hello to all, For a long time, I tried to find a software which could compute the BPM of an audio file or stream and send a MIDI clock beat to MMV. The only program I found (thanks to users on this forum) is WaveClock. But it only works on Mac. So, I designed my own software, which runs on Windows. ...

Expression modifier

Hello ! I am still trying to get an input selector to select a random input on a beat... Until now, I am able to change the input in a sequence on the MIDI clock beat. But I still want to randomize this sequence. Would it be possible to use the Expression modifier with something like "rnd * x *...

Re: Scene selection

Hi Eric,

I guess you spend your whole time on version 2.0 of MMV. Any chance to get this "do not reset the inputs" option in version 1.65+ ? Or do I have to wait for version 2.0 ?

Thanks again.

Re: Text module: special characters

Thanks for the answer, Eric.

Regarding Magic 2.0, do you have any information about the release date of the beta version? And do you already have an idea of the new functionalities/bug fixes for this version?

Thanks again.

Text module: special characters

Hello everyone!

I tried for the first time to use the text module and got a problem: I cannot use special characters in my text, such as accents (I am french...). Is there a way to achieve this (I tried using HTML codes)?

Thanks!

Re: Scene selection

When the MultiMix module is set to 0, the first Animation is displayed and it behaves normally: the Input Selector in the Animation scene works fine and the differente GL Shaders are displayed one after the other. This is the result I want to have. However, when I link the MultiMix Parameter to the ...

Scene selection

Hello everyone! I am trying to have a scene selector driven by the MIDI clock. I have 5 scenes : - scene 1: 20 video files plugged into an input selector. The index is changed on beat. Works fine. - scenes 2, 3 and 4: 30 GL shaders plugged into an input selector, and a transform module after the sel...

Re: Randomize JPEG folder

Well, my matter would be to think in beats instead of seconds... Actually, when I transform beats to seconds, my video starts to desynchronize after a while.

Do you plan to use beats in addition to times in the future ?
