Magic Music Visuals

I am going through the Quick Start for the Magic Music Visuals software app. But I am having an issue with the `Scale` module not responding to the `Volume` parameter. It does respond to the `Tone` parameter and the `Best Pitch`. But the Volume does nothing. Screenshots attached.
