Magic Music Visuals

Like the VideoFolder for the videos, a GLSLShaderFolder would allow to dynamically charge the shaders during live performance, addind the possibility to easily add a lot of shaders in the queue.

In complement to the "Goto Prev" / "Goto Next", a "Video index" would be useful, for example to change dynamically the Current File via midi;
