I have the same problem. I just upgraded to Performer and it is showing that in the 'About' tab, but I get an error message when trying to load a valid midi file.

There are some great sample projects on the demo video link for Magic. Did I wrongly assume these would be included in the purchase? I'm particularly interested in the Spectrum, Layered Effects and Pitch demos. I may have missed it but did not see those in the sample project list. Thanks
