Some really cool visualizations that all go perfectly with the music.
My favorites are "Dream of The Ancients" and "Realisation", they’re just perfect in their simplicity.
How is the latter realized?
I'd love to try something like that for my quieter songs...

Rendered video has synchronization issues
I created a video that shows a sequence of (non-MMV) pre-rendered videos, and I have the videos lip-synced to the audio. Each of the 12 videos is between 3 and 30 seconds long. Works perfectly in sync in the MMV preview window. However, when I render the final video and play it with MPlayer, at the ...

A little fun project
For my latest music project, I decided to create a more humorous video with a macabre ending. MMV was the central control unit that mixed everything together, synchronized it, and added an effect here and there. Although I have been using MMV for quite some time now, I'm still amazed at how well it ...

Re: What if: The MMV server is unavailable
Is there a plan B? What would you suggest? If an MMV installation on a specific computer has verified its license key a certain number of times within a year, inform it that it does not need to reconnect to the server for verification. If this key is used again for installation on another PC, a con...

What if: The MMV server is unavailable
So I couldn't use MMV because my registration was invalid because the MMV server (where the registration-key seems to be checked during start) was unavailable due to Cloudflare being down. After a while, the situation returned to normal and I could work again. But one question arises: If Magic goes ...

Different way of transition (improved version)
After my first draft here https://magicmusicvisuals.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=3261 I played around a bit to get a better timing for the transition between the images. It's still not 100% perfect yet, but considering that I didn't have to make any "manual" adjustments because it simply fol...

The first video is my favorite, it's amazing how you create so much tension with so little movement.

Re: Moody song visualization
Music and the visuals have a lovely ambience. I know you like your words but, although I tried to ignore them they consistently brought me out of the experience. Subtitles do the same. The changes in the imagery are well done- it's a nice effect. Noted for next song, thank you! Lyrics editing has i...

Moody song visualization
This is a rather quiet, sad song, so I tried to reflect that mood in my video.

MIDI-controled lyrics video.
As suggested by Terry there ( https://magicmusicvisuals.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=3261 ), this is the first time I've tried using MIDI to control events in MMV. Man, it's SO much easier to just hit a MIDI-keyboard while listening to a song than to implement an endless if-then-else statement based o...

Now you have confused me: Where is this parameter located in which context menu?
So far I have always done this with an input selector.

Re: A slightly different kind of image blending...
One simple technique I found very useful is to create one or more audio control tracks which I use to trigger and modulate parameters. I add the control tracks to the Input Sources files along with the main music mix and mute all but the main mix. There's no hard limit to the number of audio files ...

Re: A slightly different kind of image blending...
Thanks a ton for your really detailed feedback, Terry. MUCH appreciated! The timing is the main problem at the moment. Of course I _could_ do it by hand, but my main reason for using MMV is not to do too many things by hand. What I would need is an Rand() function that has a trigger (instead of firi...

...at least for me, I haven't seen anything like this yet.
There's still plenty of room for fine-tuning, but I already like my first test.
Feedback appreciated!
