Re: Newbie's attempt
Fucking great man! My first attempt I would never post and this is better than years later for me. Hey, thanks for the kind words. I struck lucky with this video because I found the animated cowboys clip that I was able to splice and cut to fit the song. The rest was all thanks to Music Visuals tho...

Re: Newbie's attempt
Wow thanks. I record using Cubase and like to put the odd track on to YouTube - half the fun is trying to create a video that fits the song. Thanks again for your kind words.BrianP1963 wrote:Well done. Great recording and great video. Outstanding for a first attempt with Magic Music Visuals.

That's really kind of you to say.TKS wrote:I like it
Yes, it's different, but in a good way. It's a good song and you tell its story.
I think it's definitely a good start with MMV!
Many thanks.

Newbie's attempt
Hi all This is something quite different from what I've seen posted up here but I hope you enjoy it. It's a cover of a song by a band called Mostly Autumn that I am a huge fan of. Apart from the text and the vocal clips (which were added within Corel Videostudio), everything else was done using abou...

Re: Guitar strings animation
Here is my take on this using four nodes and one global. Not physically accurate but a nice feel to it (IMHO). Screenshot 2021-12-11 141717.png and the global: Screenshot 2021-12-11 141843.png I give a similar example of adding subtle audio visualisation in this tutorial. https://www.youtube.com/wa...

Guitar strings animation
Hi Has anyone tried creating a clip simulating the look of vibrating guitar strings? So far I have created the 6 strings in a 3D space (using 6 iterations of very thin, long polygons - rotated) and I'm using Edge Distort with the Intensity linked to the volume of the audio source to try to simulate ...

Re: Newbie question
Many thanks. And by doing this, can I stipulate a start and end value (and speed) of the value that the ramp produces? As a work-around (and in the meantime) I've created a wav file of a sine-wave frequency sweep (of the required duration) and I'm using that as a source - which is sort of doing what...

Newbie question
Please forgive what I expect to be a very dumb question. I have an image that I want to slowly de-pixelate over a period of time. I don't want the de-pixelation to occur in time with the audio, I just want a gradual de-pixelation to happen (for example; from an Amount value of 0.09 to 0) over about ...
