Ok, I will report back to that others will get this solution. You can force the video to play when the music plays adding it as the first scene in the play list.

Hey fellas I looked in the manual for this solution with no joy. Is there a way to make a video module restart automatically when the MP3 source restarts?

For those wondering it's the offset modifier that does the trick.
